Sakernas Officer Training February 2025

BPS - Statistics of Nagekeo Regency conducted a hybrid training for field officers of the February 2025 National Labor Force Survey (Sakernas). The training, held from January 13 to 22, 2025, combined online and face-to-face learning methods to provide comprehensive understanding to the officers. The learning methods included self-study, distance learning via online meetings, and in-person training.

The training stages began with self-study or MOOC from January 13 to 15, 2025. This was followed by distance learning through online meetings on January 17, 20, and 21, 2025. The training concluded with a one-day face-to-face session on January 22, 2025, at the BPS - Statistics of Nagekeo Regency office hall. A total of two supervisors and six enumerators for the February 2025 Sakernas participated in the training.

During the online learning session via Zoom, the Head of BPS - Statistics of Nagekeo Regency, Mrs. Angela Regina Maria Wea, S.ST, M.Si, officially opened the event and emphasized the importance of the officers' commitment to the training. She reminded participants that Sakernas 2025 introduced several new aspects that must be well understood to ensure the accuracy and quality of the collected data. One key difference in the 2025 National Labor Force Survey is that it will be conducted four times a year, specifically in February, May, August, and November.

Through this hybrid training, BPS - Statistics of Nagekeo Regency aims to enhance the capacity and competence of the National Labor Force Survey officers. It is expected that this training will produce accurate and reliable Sakernas 2025 data to support development planning in Nagekeo Regency.
