BPS Goes To School "Politeknik Statistika STIS Outreach": SMAN 1 Aesesa

In an effort to tap into the potential of young people in Nagekeo Regency, BPS Nagekeo conducted a socialization event for the state-run college, Politeknik Statistika STIS, which will open registration in May 2025. Politeknik Statistika STIS is a government-affiliated university specializing in statistics, managed by Statistics Indonesia (BPS), and was established on August 11, 1958, originally as the Academy of Statistical Science (AIS).

Politeknik Statistika STIS offers three study programs for applicants to choose from:

• Diploma III in Statistics

• Diploma IV in Statistics

• Diploma IV in Statistical Computing

This outreach activity took place on April 15, 2025, at SMAN 1 Aesesa under the event “BPS Nagekeo Goes To School.”

We hope that through this initiative, more local youth will be inspired to serve the nation through this prestigious path in the world of statistics.
