Processing of Susenas March and Seruti Q1 2025

BPS Kabupaten Nagekeo is currently conducting the data processing phase for the March 2025 National Socio-Economic Survey (Susenas) and the Quarterly Household Economic Survey (Seruti) for Q1 2025. This phase is crucial before the official presentation of the data.

The document processing workflow consists of several stages: receiving-batching, editing-coding, data entry, data compilation, tabulation, and table cross-checking (revalidation). The receiving-batching, editing-coding, and data entry processes are fully carried out at the Regency/Municipal BPS offices, while data compilation, tabulation, and revalidation take place at the Provincial BPS office and BPS RI.

As the regional processing coordinator, the Regency/Municipal BPS offices are responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of this phase. To speed up data entry and minimize errors, the Susenas March 2025 data entry process is conducted in pairs, meaning the VSEN25.K document is entered first, followed by the VSEN25.KP document.

The document processing is scheduled to take place from February 12 to March 18, 2025. The data entry results from the Regency/Municipal BPS offices will be sent gradually to the Provincial BPS office, which will compile data from multiple regions. The Provincial BPS office will then validate the data before forwarding it to BPS RI. At the national level, BPS RI will conduct further revalidation before finalizing the national tabulation.
