July 2024 inflation Year on Year (y-on-y) East Nusa Tenggara Province of 0.85 percent

Abstract

In July 2024 there will be year on year (y-on-y) inflation in East Nusa Tenggara Province
of 0.85 percent with a Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 105.35. Inflation
The highest occurred in Maumere at 1.90 percent with a CPI of 106.37 and The highest deflation occurred in South Central Timor Regency at 1.25 percent with a CPI of 104.06.
Y-on-y inflation occurs due to an increase in prices as indicated by rising prices expenditure group index, namely: food, beverage and tobacco groups by 0.56 percent; clothing and footwear group by 1.79 percent;
group of supplies, equipment and routine household maintenance amounting to 0.17 percent; health group by 0.67 percent; transportation group by 0.34 percent; education group at 0.93 percent; group
provision of food and drinks/restaurants by 4.18 percent; and groups
personal care and other services amounted to 6.03 percent. Meanwhile group expenditures that experienced a decline in the index, namely: housing group, water, electricity and household fuel by 0.18 percent; and groups information, communication and financial services by 0.70 percent.
There was deflation month to month (m-to-m) in East Nusa Tenggara Province for for the July 2024 period is 0.32 percent. Meanwhile, for the year to date inflation rate (y-to-d) East Nusa Tenggara Province in July 2024 is 0.19 percent
