East Nusa Tenggara Economy in Quarter IV-2024 Grows 3.03 Percent (y-on-y)

The economy of East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) based on the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) at current prices in 2024 reached IDR 137.28 trillion and at constant prices in 2010 reached IDR 78.04 trillion.

The NTT economy in 2024 grew by 3.73 percent (c-to-c). In terms of business fields, the highest economic growth was achieved by the accommodation and food and beverage provision business field, which was 11.95 percent. Meanwhile, in terms of expenditure, the Consumption Expenditure Component of Non-Profit Institutions Serving Households (PK-LNPRT) experienced the highest growth of 11.29 percent.

The NTT economy in the fourth quarter of 2024 grew by 3.03 percent compared to the same period in 2023 (y-on-y). The highest economic growth occurred in the accommodation and food and beverage provision business field, which was 13.28 percent. Meanwhile, in terms of expenditure, the Consumption Expenditure Component of Non-Profit Institutions Serving Households (PK-LNPRT) experienced the highest growth of 6.25 percent.

When compared to the previous quarter (q-to-q), the NTT economy in the fourth quarter of 2024 experienced growth of 4.04 percent. In terms of business fields, the highest economic growth was achieved by the government administration, defense and mandatory social security business fields, namely 15.40 percent. Meanwhile, in terms of expenditure, the Government Consumption Expenditure Component (PK-P) experienced the highest growth of 36.63 percent.

The NTT Economic Structure in 2024 is still dominated by the agriculture, forestry and fisheries business fields with a contribution of 28.87 percent. Meanwhile, in terms of expenditure, it is still dominated by Household Cons
